BHOG FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a compassionate and inclusive society where everyone has access to equal opportunities, resources, and support. We are committed to empowering the less privileged, widows, the aged, women, and children to reach their full potential and live dignified lives.
The BHOG FOUNDATION believes that every individual deserves to live a life of dignity and purpose. We are committed to making a positive impact in our community and creating a brighter future for all.
Our Mission
The B.H.O.G Foundation exists to provide sustainable support and empowerment for vulnerable populations by:
- Offering essential resources such as food, education, healthcare, and shelter.
- Promoting economic empowerment through skills training and livelihood initiatives.
- Advocating for social justice, protection, and policy reforms.
- Fostering community engagement, unity, and inclusivity.

Core Objectives
Humanitarian Support
- To provide food, clothing, medical support, and essential items to the less privileged, widows, children, and the aged.
- To organize donation drives, holiday hampers, and relief programs for vulnerable groups.

Women and Youth Empowerment
- To offer skills training (e.g., soap making, baking, crafts, production training) for women and youth to promote economic independence.
- To support young girls through menstrual hygiene education and personal development programs.

Education and Capacity Building
- To support schools with materials, mentorship, and life-skills training.
- To promote leadership training, personal development, and confidence-building for students and young people.

Community Development
- To identify community needs and implement projects that address health, education, sanitation, and social welfare.
- To promote inclusivity, unity, and compassion within communities.

Advocacy and Social Awareness
- To advocate for the rights and dignity of vulnerable groups.
- To raise awareness on issues such as SGBV, menstrual hygiene, leadership, and community care.

Our Achievements
Milestones we have reached in our communities

Trained over 1000 women, girls and young people in Tema west constituency Islamic university school, National service personnel in Ashaiman municipality, Anya Sowuotuom constituency. Through hands-on Azuma blow Soap, Liquid soap, Shampoo, Antiseptic, Floor cleaner and Power zone Making Training.

Distributed over 150 exercise books to basic schools in Tamale and Ashaiman municipality.

Held workshop for basic school children on breast cancer awareness and prevention.

Supported communities (Lashibi, Wolei, Halcrow, Comm5 Railway) in Tema west with over 30 tankers of water.

Supported Nasara group of women with cash for farming in the Northern region in Nantong district.

Trained students in Ashaiman on how to bake cake, bread making and branding.

Participated in forums aimed at building the capacity of service providers.

Reached out to our cherished elderly in some of the communities in Tema west with hampers of food items. Their smiles and blessings remind us why we serve to uplift, honor and care for those who once cared for us.

Future Plans
The Foundation aims to achieve the following long-term goals:
Establish Community Resource Centers
Set up centers offering training, counseling, literacy programs, and small business support.
Expand Skills Empowerment Programs
Reach at least 5000 women, youth, and widows through livelihood training across Ghana.
Scholarship and Educational Support
Create scholarship opportunities for brilliant but needy students.
Aged Care Support Program
Develop a long-term support program for the aged including home visits, healthcare support, and welfare packages.
National and International Partnerships
Build strong partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and international organizations to expand community impact.
Sustainability and Income-Generating Projects
Establish ventures such as training hubs, micro-enterprise support, and small-scale production units to sustain foundation projects.
